Audit and Compliance Responsibilities
1. Conducting Audits
- Perform both scheduled and surprise audits at restaurant branches and commissaries to ensure integrity and unbiased evaluation.
2. Operational Compliance
- Evaluate adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and local health laws.
3. Inventory Oversight
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and storage practices to ensure alignment with operational protocols and avoid shrinkage.
4. Financial Process Review
- Assess cash handling procedures, analyze sales reports, and verify POS (Point-of-Sale) reconciliation for accuracy and accountability.
5. Staff and Service Evaluation
- Review employee performance, customer service quality, and compliance with uniform and grooming policies.
6. Audit Tool Development
- Create, update, and tailor audit forms and checklists to reflect the evolving needs of operations and regulatory standards.
7. Reporting and Recommendations
- Compile comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, compliance ratings, and clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.
8. Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with branch managers, kitchen supervisors, and the head office to implement corrective measures based on audit results.
9. Issue Resolution Follow-Up
- Conduct follow-ups on previously flagged issues to confirm that they have been adequately addressed and resolved.
10. Risk and Fraud Detection
- Identify potential risks, indicators of fraud, and operational process gaps, escalating them to senior management as necessary.
11. Documentation and Compliance Logs
- Maintain accurate audit records and documentation for internal tracking, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
