Job Description
- Collect and conduct field visit to clients with recovery accounts.
- Monitor and update late payments.
- Understand the statement of account and its basic computations.
- Address questions on Statement of Accounts and intermediate communication with Head Office.
- Follow through on client commitments and other concerns.
- Report client status to the Collections department in an organized and timely manner.
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, or any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Owns professional driver's license and registered motorcycle.
- Amenable to do field work within Metro Manila
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
