- Achievement of 100% of the financial target.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies in accordance with approved policies and procedures. These strategies include, but are not limited to, sharing social media posts, distributing leaflets, locating potential information centers—in coordination with MSS—and building an Agent Network.
- Create effective itinerary and action plans for getting sales leads or prospect clients.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with our clients, and attend to their concerns.
- Daily Updating of Bucket list System, proper filing of Itinerary hard copy report and other necessary reports to track sales performance.
- Verify and confirm the authenticity of documents and requirements submitted by borrowers and/or agents to prevent fraud and minimize Portfolio At Risk (PAR).
- Conduct proper background and credit investigations, gathering necessary information that can be used to assess loan applications, including client behavior, health condition, length of stay, and other necessary information.
- Build and maintain good relationships with the community and authorities in the assigned area.
- Report any inappropriate behavior or incident of co-employees or clients to the Branch head or Area Heads.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
