Are you ready to make an impact by leading brand activations and driving sales initiatives across retail channels? Radix HR is looking for a Sales Marketing Supervisor to spearhead exciting marketing campaigns, drive brand presence, and manage sales-driven projects. This role combines creative activation strategies with strong commercial planning to ensure brand growth and profitability.
✨ Key Responsibilities ✨
✅ Brand Activations Management – Lead and manage dynamic in-field activations, from malls and activity centers to community-based campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
✅ Project Management – Oversee all aspects of field activations, ensuring logistics, coordination, and campaign deliverables meet brand objectives and timelines.
✅ Sales & Marketing Initiatives – Collaborate with clients and trade partners to implement sales-focused marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful activations and ensure positive brand representation.
✅ Field Leadership – Supervise and guide in-field teams during activations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, maximizing engagement, and achieving campaign goals.
✨ Areas of Focus ✨
As a Retail Marketing Supervisor, you’ll specialize in one of the following key account operation categories:
- Activations – Non-marketing trade channels (e.g., Malls, Activity Centers, Barangays, Schools).
- Retail Solutions – Marketing trade channels (e.g., Supermarkets, Wet Markets, Sari-sari stores).
- Events Management – Oversee brand events, ensuring smooth execution and maximized attendee engagement.
✨ Must-Have Qualifications ✨
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Trade Promotions.
- Proven project management skills, particularly with brand activations or retail marketing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Dynamic & Assertive Personality – An individual who can engage, influence, and inspire teams.
- Comfortable with fieldwork across their specified region and occasional night shifts (pre-scheduled).
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
