Job Responsibilities
- Briefs Refiller/s on the importance of following the merchandising guidelines set by the Client. Briefing includes correct shelf facing, product arrangement, POP Installation, Stock Rotation, inventory reporting, Pricing and other merchandising schemes.
- Ensures competence of all deployed refillers by setting work standards and policies that would ensure productivity minimal absences/tardiness and good working relationship with the account
- Evaluates performance of all refillers handled and immediately replaces incompetent refillers.
- Regularly and promptly submits required reports i.e., trade inventory, price surveys and other adhoc requirements.
- Coordinates with field personnel on merchandising issues and requirements in all accounts.
- Maintains a professional and credible relationship with all supervisors and managers of accounts assigned to him.
