Billease is looking for a Field Risk Officer to help us identify and manage risks in our field operations. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to work on the ground—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct field audits and ensure compliance
- File cases involving confirmed fraud or violations
- Investigate fraud or misconduct in the field
- Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Risk teams to solve and prevent issues
- Train field staff on risk controls
- Analyze data and report findings
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in risk, audit, or compliance (fintech is a plus)
- Strong investigative and communication skills
