FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ LOAN OFFICER

✅GOAL DRIVEN AND RESULTS-ORIENTED
✅CONFIDENT AND SMART
✅with MICROFINANE EXPERIENCE
Duties & Responsibilities:
✅Motivate and form new groups. (clients/members)
✅Providing loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses.
✅Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentations, and weekly center meetings.
✅Implement Orientation
✅Maintain good relationship with clients (new & existing)
