RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Handle customer issues, resolution, and communicate escalated issues to sales manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a college graduate
- Must know how to drive with a driver's license code 1,2
- Excellent in communications at all levels using effective oral and written skills.
- Can develop and implement outstanding sales strategies.
- Considerable experience in supervising key accounts , ideally in the same environment.
- Highly analytical, driven, flexible, and has strong leadership skills.
- Willing to travel and be assigned in out-base areas.
