Tom’s Pest Control is a well-established Australian company providing industry-leading pest control services across the country. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer / Accountant to join our remote finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional based in the Philippines to work from home in a stable, long-term role with room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and general bookkeeping
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting
- Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior finance experience or Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualifications
- Fluent English and strong written communication skills
- Solid computer skills (Xero, Excel, Google Sheets, accounting software, etc.)
- A reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Availability during Australian business hours
