Key Responsibilities:
- Finance & Stock Management: Oversee and record all transactions related to stock issuance, returns, and plant supplies. Monitor and track inventory levels and ensure timely reporting of all financial activities.
- Production Monitoring: Keep track of tube ice production, including recording production cycles, harvest times, and quantities in the production logbook. Ensure that all data is accurately entered into the storage logbook.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit Delivery Acknowledgement Receipts (DAR), Dispatch Tally Sheets, and other related documentation for product withdrawals. Send reports to the BIP Main via Viber group promptly after dispatch.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical and administrative tasks including filing, managing correspondence, and responding to inquiries. Assist with the preparation of Purchase Orders, Repair Requests, and other necessary forms.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits for both plant and office supplies. Ensure records of all assets, including equipment and machinery, are up-to-date and accurate.
- Petty Cash & Asset Management: Serve as the petty cash custodian and property custodian for the branch. Maintain accurate records of all office and plant assets.
- Hygiene & Sanitation Checks: Complete pre-operation checklists to ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and general sanitation standards.
- Confidential Reporting: Report any incidents of pilferage, theft, or other violations of company policies to your supervisor immediately and confidentially.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in finance, administration, or office management is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of financial processes and administrative duties is a plus.
- Location: Preferably living near Badiwan, Tuba, Benguet, or able to commute easily to the location.
- Other: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential.
