- Initiates, processes, and verifies all documents of the Finance department.
- Assisting with the preparation of operating budget, financial statements, and report.
- Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
- Keeping records and documenting financial process.
- Random audit for Department/Site petty cash.
- Knowledge in using MS Office
- Entry, Processing, recording, and reporting financial transactions (e.g. withholding taxes)
- Assisting w/ audit or Fast Checking
- With good bookkeeping skills
- Maintaining & Sorting Files of financial transactions
- Helping process accounts payable and receivable checks and payments
- Handling mail and phone calls
- Knowledge on Accounting Software (e.g. QuickBooks) is an advantage
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate be a graduate of BS in Accounting Technology, or any relevant Business Program.
- Familiarity in receipt and business documents
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills oral and written.
- Knowledge on excel, word and PowerPoint
- Willing to relocate
