Your Role as Finance Controller
We're on the lookout for a Finance Controller who’s ready to take the lead and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our finance function—from financial reporting to payroll—while guiding a high-performing team and partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and continuous improvement, and is passionate about creating clarity and confidence in all things finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dedicated finance team handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, and the General Ledger.
- Deliver timely, spot-on financial reports that help our CFO, CEO, and leadership team make smart decisions.
- Review and approve key finance activities—from journals to payroll and tax submissions.
- Partner with senior leaders to support important business initiatives and strategic plans.
- Own monthly reporting, variance analysis, and Board updates.
- Be the go-to person for audits, tax queries, and keeping our finance controls strong.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and keep our ERP system (Netsuite Exo) running smoothly.
- Drive process improvements that make our finance operations even better.
Requirements
- A CA or CPA-qualified pro with solid leadership experience.
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Hands-on with ERP systems and financial controls.
- A strong communicator who can build great relationships inside and outside the team.
- Someone who thrives under deadlines and adapts easily to change.
- Advanced Excel skills and a knack for finding ways to work smarter.
