Position Requirements:
- BS in Accountancy Graduate or equivalent
- At least 10 years' experience in Finance and Accounting (general accounting, cost accounting, management planning, compliance, treasury and payroll)
- At least 5 years in a managerial role
- Certified Public Accountant or equivalent
- PEZA-accredited company experience
Qualifications:
- Manages the Direct Reports’ functions and deliverables
- Manages and approves any activity related to Bribery Prevention and Compliance
- Ensures the correctness and accuracy of the following: (1) Monthly government (BIR, PEZA, SEC, SSS, PHIC and HDMF) compliance requirements were filed on time; (2) Renewal of all business permits and certifications
- Recommends improvements deemed necessary for accounting processes, principles, methods and controls to enhance performance and productivity of the group
- Prepares Financial Statements when main PIC is unavailable
- Performs cash count and monitors daily bank balances
- Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change, demonstrating flexibility and ownership of the change
- Highly proficient in using various Accounting applications
Additional details:

- Fully onsite in Hermosa, Bataan office
- Mon-Fri plus maximum 2x Saturdays in a month, day shift schedule (Work starts at 8AM)
