In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our regional teams to grow an exciting portfolio of Korean brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Needly, Tirtir and other top of trend Korean brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance team in accomplishing tasks and projects.
- Create, design, and formulate Google Sheets, document and the like.
- Update existing spreadsheets to maintain consistent and reliable calculation.
- Data entry on marketplace, program, and application.
- Data management of sales and other financial record.
- Data analysis in different aspects of the company’s business activities.
- Make necessary report and recommendations.
- Other ad hoc tasks that may be given from time to time.
- If we see potential in managing e-commerce operations, additional e-commerce responsibilities may be assigned, such as campaign planning, analytics reporting, customer service management, and strategic account growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Have background in finance, accounting, or any related field.
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in similar role.
- Advanced knowledge and proficient in Spreadsheets like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience managing with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok seller accounts is a plus.
- Knowledge in JAVASCRIPT and VBA is preferred but not required.
- Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
- Can Start Immediately.
