The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role involves managing the company's finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals and coordinating with other departments to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Accounting and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Develop strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Team Management:
- Develop, lead, and manage the company's finance team
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure financial alignment.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Policy Development:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a finance manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
