Finance Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience working across multiple industries or business units is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Googlesheets/Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional site visits to business locations.
- May require flexible working hours during peak periods (e.g., month-end closing, audits).
