Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for projects and the organization
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Review and analyze financial performance and project profitability
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Manage compliance with tax regulations, government filings, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with project managers for job costing, billing, and expense tracking
- Lead financial planning and assist in investment evaluations for future projects
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Collaborate with executive leadership in financial decision-making
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction accounting, cost control, and project finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or industry-specific platforms)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and work across departments
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in a mid- to large-scale construction firm
- Knowledge in tax planning, BIR compliance, and financial risk management
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
