- Strong Financial Planning, Finance, and Investments skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Experience in Sales related to financial products
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
