They are currently expanding the team and seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join them in multiple roles.
Role & Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Organise daily financial accounting operations, oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management statements to support executive decision-making.
- Manage budgeting, execution, and variance analysis to drive cost control and resource optimisation.
Treasury Management & Tax Planning:
- Accurately organise company tax filings (including but not limited to VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.), ensuring legality, compliance, and timeliness.
- Conduct reasonable tax planning and risk management to mitigate tax risks and costs.
Internal Control & Compliance:
- Establish and improve company financial policies and internal control procedures to ensure compliance with corporate governance and external audit requirements.
- Lead annual audits and other financial compliance projects, coordinating with external auditors, tax authorities, etc.
Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Manage and develop finance team members to enhance professional capabilities and work efficiency.
- Collaborate with business, HR, Legal, IT, and other departments to provide financial support and advice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; Master's or MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) holders preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years' relevant financial work experience, including 3+ years in management; industry experience (e.g., gaming, hospitality, internet) preferred.
- Proficient in local accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS; familiarity with PAGCOR or BIR requirements is advantageous.
- Skilled in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel; financial modelling skills preferred.
- Excellent communication, execution, and leadership abilities; capable of working independently to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
