Key Responsibilities
- Record and post accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately
- Manage customer accounts by linking and clearing entries to ensure up-to-date records
- Review and verify trade returns
- Prepare and print weekly statements of account for clients and internal stakeholders
- Participate in a variety of other accounting and finance-related transactions as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
- Basic knowledge and practical experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Preferably with prior work experience in a finance or accounting role
- Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues
