Key Responsibilities:
- Encode daily financial transactions accurately into the accounting system
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Process Trial Balances and assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data as needed
- Assist with compliance documentation and audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems) • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
- Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy
