Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. CPA is an advantage.
- 5–10 years in hospitality finance/accounting, ideally in hotel setting.
- Experience with hotel financial systems (e.g. Opera, SunSystems, SAP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills backed by proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
Lead and oversee the hotel’s full financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and risk management. Serve as the key advisor to the General Manager and ownership on financial strategy and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L, balance sheet, cash flow; audit & compliance
- Annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, cost-saving initiatives
- Safeguards, internal audit, reconciliation, fraud prevention
- Manage finance team, performance review, mentoring
- Financial systems management and reporting to the General Manager
- Advise GM and department heads with financial insights and recommendations

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
