Qualifications
- A pioneering spirit and willingness to build, nurture and develop a young Financial Services organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required.
- Proven extensive experience in a financial services role, preferably in a multinational company (Payroll, Record to Report, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (SAP, Excel).
- Business English, stakeholder management and presentation skills to work in a global environment and collaborate with Director and C-level management colleagues and stakeholders.
- Direct exposure to countries in North America & (Central) Europe / best: Service delivery exposure (1); helps: company exposure (2) they worked for
- Direct exposure to sales and production organizations & companies in consumables or equipment goods industry
- Functional expertise:
- Must: Purchase To Pay (e.g. Accounts Payable), Order To Cash (e.g. Billing, Accounts Receivables, Cash Application), Accounting, Master Data (e.g. customer & supplier)
- Nice to have: Treasury, Expense Management, Management Reporting & Analysis, Tax, Controlling (Cost Accounting, etc.)
- Technical expertise:
- Must: SAP 4/H know how - ideally SAP FI/CO master (in-depth technical know-how), ok strong working experience
- Nice to have: Distinct experience in RPA, AI, consolidation SW, leading 3rd party SW for process automation .

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
