- Knowledgeable of all end-to-end financial processes which include Sales Order (OTC), Purchase Requisition (PR) to Payment (P2P), poultry production module, and other related financial processes involving CAO and other departments
- Able to draft workflows, memorandums, and policies related to financial systems processes.
- Assist in the implementation of the complete SO process, especially with our FMCG line.
- Assist AFS team in overseeing ERP for BIR compliance which includes uploading of transactions, monitoring of ABFI SO and e-invoices issued, and other related functions
- Able to communicate and reconcile the current system's balances with ERP for BIR compliance alongside proper accounting leads/teams within CAO
Job Requirements
- Graduate of accountancy, finance, or any related courses
- Experience with handling and maintaining ERP system; and,
- At least 1-year related experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
