JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Computer literate
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Experience in fleet management is a plus
- Has own motorcycle
- Willing to do field work
JOB OBJECTIVE:
The incumbent shall be responsible in the supply chain and fleet operations of the distributor. He/she is responsible in ensuring the maintenance of all vehicle as well as assuring on-time services and delivery. He/she is also for other administrative tasks.
FLEET MANAGEMENT
1. Documents all repairs, audits, expenses of all vehicles of the operation
2. Facilitates PMS, battery and tires replacements and other repairs of vehicles
3. Ensures that fleet expenses are within budge
4. Ensures that all vehicles have respective permits
5. Renews insurance coverage and facilitate any claims and repairs related to insurance
6. Ensures that all vehicles are in good running condition; physical and mechanical condition of trucks are maintained according to the company standards (i.e. maintain condition of unit upon purchase)
7. Ensures that all vehicles have complied with LTO regulations; including vehicle registration
8. Ensures the completeness of tools and other safety requirement of the vehicle
9. Orients the drivers regarding truck care and responsibility
