- Aid the F&B Manager in the coordination of administrative work to be done.
- Establish and maintain Administrative office file, record of correspondence, reports and other important documents.
- Maintain the updated list of F&B Department assets properly identified as brand type’s office correspondence including confidential matters.
- Ensure that movements of assets are duly documented to pinpoint transfer.
- Keep track & coordinate to section heads custody of all stocks; ensure proper accounting of receipts and issues and resulting balances.
- Keep track and maintain adequate stocks of consumables and other supplies, initiates necessary requisitions in coordination with section heads.
- Initiate requisition for stocks replenishment at established reorder level to avoid stock run out that will affect operational efficiency.
- Sees to the proper handling, use of maintenance of the office.
- Assist in updating internal procedure relating to operation, housekeeping, maintenance, safety and security
- Promotes cooperation by assisting other staff.
- Establishes and maintains cordial and close working relationships with other departments.
- Maintains professional business confidentiality.
- Strictly adheres to all policies and procedures of the company.
- Reports to work on time and in appropriate uniform.
- Performs all other duties as may be assigned by the F&B Manager.
- Makes sure working area is safe and clean.
- Follows all grooming standards.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a college graduate of any 4 year course.
- With at least 1 year of experience as administrative assistant in hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
