ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that each outlet is accounted for separately as an individual profit center.
- Ensure that each outlet is managed by a team who is totally accountable for their profitability.
- Set annual operating budgets, which will form part of the Business Plan, in close conjunction with the Sales and Marketing & PR Manager, Finance Manager and General Manager.
- Monitor all costs and recommend / institute measures to control them.
- Recommend with the General Manager, Controller, and HRD Head any incentive scheme for the Food and Beverage Department employees.
- Ensure that the Department’s Operational Budget is strictly adhered to.
- Ensure that monthly forecast is prepared.
- Perform other jobs or assignments that may be delegated to him by his superior from time to time.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Dexterity and coordination.
- Excellent personal hygiene.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
- Flexibility in schedule.
- Must be highly presentable.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be a graduate of Hospitality Management or any equivalent course.
- With at least 4-5 years of experience in Food and Beverage.
- Excellent in both oral and written communication.
