- Collaborate with Executive Chef with creation, update, and maintain menus for all F&B outlets, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, banquet events, breakfast buffet, and internal hotel events.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage F&B staff, ensuring excellent service standards and adherence to protocols.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management, waste reduction, and pricing strategies.
- Plan, organize, and execute banquet events and internal hotel events, including weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas, including kitchen and dining spaces.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to F&B revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Other related task as may be assigned by the management.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
