Job Summary:
The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes for the holding company and its portfolio of subsidiaries. This role provides strategic insights to senior management by delivering high-quality financial reports, variance analyses, and scenario modeling. The FP&A Manager also leads group-level financial consolidation and supports strategic decision-making by offering financial guidance on investments, operational improvements, and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare consolidated group-level financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial performance by business unit, highlighting variances and key drivers versus budget and prior periods.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, investments, and corporate planning.
- Coordinate with finance teams of subsidiaries to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure accuracy in group reporting.
- Provide regular reporting and business insights to senior leadership, including board-level presentations.
- Support M&A activities by analyzing financial statements, performing due diligence, and preparing pro forma scenarios.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and recommend actions to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with other departments (e.g., operations, procurement, HR) to provide financial insights and support cross-functional planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or management reporting—preferably in a holding or multi-entity company.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance.
- Experience in investment evaluation, business case analysis, and capital budgeting.
