We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our team in Boracay. The successful candidate will oversee daily front office operations, ensure excellent guest service, and lead the front desk team to deliver a world-class hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the front office team, including reception, reservations, and guest services.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor room assignments, availability, and occupancy reports.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Train, coach, and evaluate front office staff to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare and manage front office budgets and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel front office operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in hotel management systems and MS Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
