POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four (4) year course
- At least ten (10) years of work experience in all aspects of Front Office operations, two (2) years of which in managerial capacity
- Familiarity with concepts and practices on crisis management
- Good grasp of concepts on revenue management
- Computer literacy and highly familiar with front office system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional customer service orientation
