We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, and a proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to uphold service standards
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management on promotions, events, and new menu items
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
