- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Vocational or short courses in hotel operations may also be considered with relevant experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in front office operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
- Background in customer service or hotel/resort settings is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Skilled in handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and service-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in front office systems
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front office operations.
