Job Description:
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. The Front Desk Associate also coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and payment processes accurately and efficiently.
- Manage reservations, both walk-in and through various booking platforms.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain an organized and updated front desk and lobby area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Keep accurate records of room availability, guest information, and payments.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php11.00 - Php13.00 per month
