Requirements:
- Proven experience providing administrative and sourcing support in a service-based industry
- Experience in U.S.-based candidate sourcing, especially for sales and supervisory roles
- Excellent client service skills via email, phone, and chat
- Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn, Indeed, Microsoft Outlook, and related tools
- Comfortable working 40 hours/week in EST
Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job listings on platforms like Indeed
- Conduct initial applicant screening and candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication
- Answer business calls after hours, qualify leads, and schedule appointments
- Maintain to-do lists and follow up on action items from meetings
- Manage CRM tools and track KPIs for sales and marketing
- Review sales/lead calls and generate reports
- Assist in implementing growth and efficiency strategies
- Support executive-level decision-making and initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php48,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
