Role Overview:
The Patient Relations Officer serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their clinic visit. This role supports both administrative and patient care functions, helping to coordinate services while fostering a compassionate and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any medical-related course
- Preferably with TESDA NC II certification if underboard (not required)
- At least 6 months of experience in a clinical, dental, or healthcare support setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic in handling concerns
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and staff
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Willing to work on a compressed 6-day work schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients throughout the clinic process, providing clear information and guidance.
- Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and basic administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-through.
- Liaise with clinical staff and other departments to support continuity of care and a smooth patient experience.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions, feedback, and concerns.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and patient-centered clinic environment.
- Assist in monitoring patient satisfaction and help implement service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold all healthcare standards and clinic policies.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
