- Provides a positive customer experience through exceptional quality service to ensure increase in sales transaction. Acts as the first point-of-contact of customers in the store. Ensures the safekeeping, accuracy, security and sufficient store fund.
- Selling. Uses appropriate spiels, answers customer queries, and provide applicable support services to customers. Properly cascade to customers the carnival game mechanics and distribute prizes accordingly.
- Cash Handling. Submits completed applicable cash accountability reports. Provide correct information on promotional offers to customers to avoid customer complaints.
- Cleanliness, Orderliness and safety. Ensures machines, redemption items, prizes, and all equipment are clean, organized, and safe to use. Executes strategies to ensure prevention of item loss.
To be assigned at Fun Nation Amusement Center CityMall Dumaguete Branch.
