Responsible for ensuring the achievement of business targets at the store level through seamless daily operations.
Major Deliverables
- Improves store personnel’s product knowledge by providing training to existing and newly-hired amusement staff to provide them with extensive knowledge.
- Checks schedule and performance of the team.
- Keeps track of store performance.
- Conducts sales analysis to increase sales, and recommends marketing strategies to further improve the performance of the store based on his analysis with competitors.
- Must promote and set an example of excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensures proper coordination between stores and head office support units to address operational concerns.
- Responsible for the overall profitability of the store.
- Responsible for timely submission of sales and plantilla reports.
To be assigned at Fun Nation Amusement Center Citymall Cadiz Branch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,380.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
