An Arcade Attendant ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for arcade patrons by assisting with game operations, providing customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and handling cash transactions.
- Greet customers and answer any queries they may have
- Ensure all gaming machines and equipment are in good working order
- Ensure the arcade is kept clean and tidy
- Ensure that all safety and minimum age requirements are met
- Resolve customer disputes in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about games and promotional offers
- Collect payments and provide change
- Monitor game play for fairness
- Report any malfunctions, damages or suspicious activities to the IT Head.
