A Game Attendant is responsible for operating amusement or arcade games, assisting customers, maintaining a fun and safe environment, and managing game equipment and prizes.

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Explain game rules and demonstrate how to play
- Enforce safety and fair play rules
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the game area
- Create a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in noisy environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash or tickets
- Responsible, honest, and able to follow safety protocols
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to be assigned in SM Jmall
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or amusement parks is a plus but not always required—entry-level applicants are often welcome.
