Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary for quick resolution.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records and order details in the system.
- Stay up to date on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school graduates or equivalent (college undergraduates welcome).
- Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory—we’re open to training enthusiastic learners!
- Able to work on-site (NCR area) and attend on-site interviews.
