As a Gaming Promotion and Publishing Executive, you'll play a key role in executing our commercial strategy across UK and Irish Gaming platforms. You’ll become a go-to expert in our bonus tools and content management systems, supporting flawless campaign delivery across our websites and apps.
What you will be doing:
- Build and manage Gaming bonuses and promotional pages
- Ensure tasks are delivered accurately and within agreed SLAs
- Peer-review bonuses and promotional content for quality and consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Gaming, Content, Commercial, Product & Tech, and external suppliers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support business growth initiatives
- Use customer behavior insights and reports to optimize site layout and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all on-site content aligns with our overall Gaming strategy
- Stay updated on competitor activity and tools to keep us ahead of the curve
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding and passion for Gaming (Retail experience a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online Gaming operations
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems (bonus engines, CMS, back offices)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in data analysis and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and spoken English
