- Graduate of any 4 year business related course,
- With at least 5 years experience in managing canteen, shuttle and utility [janitorial] service,
- With knowledge in customer service and third party/vendor management,
- With good communication, leadership and adaptability skills.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of general services with the objective of ensuring effective service delivery within the limits of company policies, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Includes coordinating tasks and schedules with staff, engaging with customers to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Includes selecting vendors, negotiating prices, managing contracts, ensuring timely delivery of supplies, and mitigating vendor-related risks.
- Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations, proper food handling, maintaining licenses, training staff, conducting inspections, keeping records, and reporting issues to the management.
