Job Summary: The Administrative Services Officer II performs a variety of administrative duties for the Section, including drafting/preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms, answering phones calls, handling mails, maintaining filing system, inventories, and databases, preparing monthly reports of attendance; checking the levels of office supplies and placing appropriate orders; preparing case status reports, updating legal library holdings and Legal Opinion Management System (LOMS); providing logistical and administrative support services to the Legal Affairs Sector; generating data for lawyers; and updating the Quality Records Matrix for the Section.
