Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
At least 5 years of experience in General Ledger, Record To Report, month-end close and reconciliations of account.
Experience working in General ledger and subject matter expert is an advantage.
Amendable to work in a Mid shift, Night shift.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing and processing vendor-related financial transactions, including debit memos, invoice processing, and payment reconciliations.
Entering data into the general ledger system, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
Creating and posting journal entries to record various financial transactions.
Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the R2R process.
Performing and reviewing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
