HR GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HRGA or General Affairs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong coordination and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local labor, transport, and safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage vendors and service providers effectively.
- Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa.
