Qualifications:
1. With work experience related to Electrical Installation and Maintenance/Welding/Carpentry or any field
2. Knowledgeable of building systems, safety regulations and preventive maintenance
3. Must be dependable and with attention to details
4. Preferably with NC II
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Performs routine inspection and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
2. Performs manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
3. Conducts general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
4. Conducts preventative maintenance procedures to keep equipment in good working order.
5. Maintains inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
