We’re launching an advertising agency and looking for a highly experienced Ads Manager to join our in-house team. This role is simple in scope but crucial in impact — you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns for our clients across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok, while also being their main point of contact. You’ll provide strategic ad audits, hands-on campaign management, and clear client communication.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Audit and evaluate clients’ existing ad accounts and campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients via Slack and scheduled Zoom calls, providing clear updates and recommendations.
- Continuously test and adjust creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for better performance.
- Generate performance reports and share insights with clients.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience running successful ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- A proven ability to audit and optimize underperforming campaigns.
- Comfortable with client communication, presenting results, and offering strategic advice.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.).
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and reporting dashboards is a plus.
