Position OverviewWe’re looking for a data-driven PPC Strategist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads to manage end-to-end paid campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of driving measurable results across search, display, video, and social ad platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Meta Ads (including Instagram).
- Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for ongoing performance improvement.
- Create compelling ad copy and work closely with design teams to produce engaging creatives.
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are on track with pacing, spend, and target KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA).
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in PPC advertising.
Qualifications (Must-have Skills):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a strong plus.
- Proven ability to drive results (conversions, leads, sales) while managing multiple campaigns.
- Skilled in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for ad creatives.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Familiarity with CRO, landing page design, and SEO.
- Background in eCommerce or B2B lead generation.
