Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Support (Events, Branding & Marketing) to lead the visual storytelling and brand expression across our innovation and startup-related events. This role will be pivotal in crafting not only eye-catching event materials but also maintaining and evolving the brand identity across multiple platforms. From pitch days to workshops, you will ensure that every visual element reinforces our mission and enhances audience engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Brand Identity Development
- Evolve and maintain a consistent visual language that aligns with the event or program’s mission, values, and target audience.
- Translate abstract ideas and themes (e.g., innovation, impact, IP commercialization) into compelling visual identities.
2. Event Collateral Design
- Create promotional materials such as posters, logos, slide decks, banners, brochures, name cards, and welcome kits.
3. Digital Marketing & Multimedia Design Support
- Design assets for marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, ad creatives, and landing pages
- Adapt visuals across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, etc.) to meet performance and engagement goals
- Create graphics to support content marketing (e.g., infographics, speaker spotlights, highlight reels)

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in events, branding, or innovation sectors (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Passion for innovation, startups, and purpose-driven branding
- Experience working with event or program-based brands (e.g., hackathons, accelerators, tech conferences)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work and event-focused design
- Tech Savvy & Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Able to communicate with international clients
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
